Case study
Case study: Commercial warehouse extension, Shropshire
JNM Engineering was appointed to design the structural frame for a 1,200 m² warehouse extension, including portal frame design, mezzanine floor structure, retaining wall to the rear boundary, and foundation design on variable ground conditions. We produced the full structural package for building regulations and tender.
Outcome
Building regulations approval granted at first submission. Structural package issued for tender on programme. Contractor reported no RFIs on structural drawings during construction.
