Planning permission granted. All technical submissions approved by the highway authority and Lead Local Flood Authority without objection.
Two-phase residential development of 24 houses at Claverley. JNM Engineering provided the full civil and structural engineering design package across both phases, including drainage strategy, adoptable highway design, and structural design coordinated with the house types and ground conditions.

Both phases approved and progressed to construction. Technical approvals secured across drainage, highway, and structures without revision.
Civil and structural engineering design for four new school units at St Peters School, Nottingham. JNM Engineering delivered drainage design, foundation design, internal road layout, parking design, and access road design — a fully integrated package coordinated with the school's operational requirements and the local highway authority.

All technical approvals secured. Development completed on programme, delivering four new school units without disruption to the existing school operation.
Conversion of a historic church into 24 apartments and 2 houses. JNM Engineering provided the drainage design, access design, and road design for this sensitive conversion project, working within the constraints of the existing structure and the surrounding conservation area.
Outcome
Planning permission granted. Drainage and access designs approved by the local authority. Conversion completed, bringing a historic building back into residential use.
